Eric Jackson has been fishing his whole life. From the time he was 3 years old, and a 9-pound catfish nearly pulled him into the water to wading the flats of the Texas coast for redfish, all of the adventures have been amazing! After a brief hiatus from fishing he had the chance to visit Colorado again, and reconnect with fly-fishing. He began casting with help of friends, as well as other licensed guides, and has been totally addicted since.

His daughter, Ashlea, was brought up around a family of fishers. Countless hours have been spent on boats, docks, and in water searching for everything from trophy trout to bream. She is the brain’s behind the information you see here.
